0:44 You can say that again! I hate a lot of things about anxiety but the thing I hate the most is the Insomnia. I love sleep and the anxiety took even that away from me. The worst part of this is that my parents are very strict on when I have to get up and since I have insomnia caused by anxiety I can't wake up due to exhaustion. My parents get mad and have sometimes even used triggers for my anxiety mistaking them for simple "effective alarms" meanwhile the only reason I wake up to them is because I'm having an attack. It's a never ending cycle just like with depression, you need people to help you but people don't want to be around you because you're depressed all the time. It's a never ending destructive cycle that you just have to be really lucky to get out of.
