I am glad he mentioned that God told him that he must stop changing his Body with weight lifting. It colaborates what Brother Enigma said about the gym. I personally think that ecxercising for health and energy is not bad but the problem is teying to change your body that is a problem.

Every Christian should have self control against fleshly desires. You should be led by the holy spirit. You cannot be in the middle meaning hot and cold. What ever is hot will rot cause of the temperature. 1 day will have courage to come out and be live on these platforms it happened to me after an intercourse with this certain guy my soul started burning , i was already a prayerful person with passion to know God even though i was living in sin if the holy spirit never came through for me at that moment i was supposed to be mad and dead by now. I repented and the holy spirit opened my spiritual eyes and show me a lot of things that people should be aware of that im supposed to expose and preach to people when God's timing is alright will be testifying what the Lord had done for me im still in the process of healing 😊
