Just a note, take Accutane with food, very preferably with good fats, for example, peanut butter, nuts, yogurt, avocado, olive oil or anything that is fatty or high calorie meal. This is to ensure better absorption of the lipid soluble vitamin A drug into the body. Accutane does not work with an empty stomach. Some dermatologists don't provide that information. Also, don't forget sunscreen. Chances are since Accutane can be drying, your current routine might have to change too. Stick to the basic to be safe. Don't worry too much about the side effects. 10mg isotretinoin is considered low dose so the side effects, while they are not negligible, should not be too concerning. Hi alif, since I'm in the bulking process right now so I eat a high calorie food. yes I do use sunscreen, but do you know any best sunscreen for accutane user? And also, do you think simple moisturizer a good option? And also the moisturized facial wash. Do I need to keep using toner? I'm new so I need a lot of information! Thank you🥹

@@asykalx i think axis-Y is good for physical sunscreen🫢i didn't use that cause i'm using Cetaphil/Eucerin Product 😌 ps:i didn't sure that axis-y has been sell at watsons sarawak,you can ask your friends about skin routine that accurate with your face.Oh ya,your face is sensitive skin right??
