You know what would be nice? Videos about specific injuries, how they happen, and how they can be prevented. Maybe you could analyze videos where people hurt themselves so that we can learn from others' mistakes rather than our own. :P
Today is Day 10 of the #12DaysOfTutorials Make sure to @JesseLaFlair on instagram and #12DaysOfTutorials if you want me to check out anything that you learned. Slide On, My Friends =P
More flow tutorials would be awesome! The slide was very helpful! But I would also love to some more creative flow that you do thanks so much! :) I'll definitely add the slide to some lines that will be fun. Talk to you later
Hey Jesse, i just wanted you to know something. You were my motivation and you inspired me to Freerun and Parkour. This Christmas I got an Itunes gift card and bought your documentary/movie I just finished watching it and I am in complete aw. You have been my Idol for 2 years now and I am happy for that. Also, I always wanted to do flips but I am worried about doing them while freerunning but because of the movie/documentary you made with Corey I'm going to try harder and harder to do as much flips I can flip. Thank you Jesse and Corey for being my heroes.
Jesse I was wondering when you are coming to Urban Ninja parkour in Longwood, Florida The guys (brazil, and Chris) said you were going to be there. Please let us know me and my friends are very excited
looking for how to slide for speedsofters cause the way i slide doesn’t work on every surface cause of what i wear but this video gave me and aneurysm just looking at the room in the start 😂
Also dont slide with your legs open towards a pole i learnt the hard way with a nasty little nut crack at the end of a line i wouldnt slide ever again :'(
I don't know how I did this or why am I looking this up. When I was a kid I remembered when I did my karate training. I was incredibly flexible while running from a kids who were chasing me from stealing their last nugget on plate. I did a full split slide while the food crate was moving like the parkour scene from the movie "The Protector." It was epic escape but I did got few bruse spot from bumping into pre schoolers. NOTE I was a kid and I remembered it now.
hey Jesse, what's a good way of getting into a slide if we are running on the same level as the surface we want to slide on? as opposed to an elevated surface like the one in the video
