I kind of feel hopeless, no matter how much I exercise, my thighs don't get thin... I am tired, but now 3 days ago I started doing some thigh slimming exercises and I will continue to do it for two or three months, with a harsh diet (I try), my thighs are 52 And calves 34, and I am 16 years old, Even though I weigh 44.8 I am supposed to look very thin, but my legs spoil that.... I hate myself.

I have the same problem my tights size is like 54 n I’m 13 yrs old and I hate my body specially my tights but ima also try doing it for couple months and with a. Diet

Girl I was just like this! I did not like how my thighs looked on my body but my weight was good for my age! I started working out time by time and see results! I am still working to my goal but I learned to love myself and my body! I love my body and am not just making them slim but gaining muscle! Just learn to love you, you got this!

Gonna do this from tomorrow onwards I am gonna do this from today for a week let's go ✊ Little changes I will do this till I see results !! Day 1: ✅ easy to me😅 i didn’t feel the burn Day 2: ✅ still easy, but before this workout i did HIIT therefore it was harder today Day 3: ✅ i became healthier and i absolutely love this video! I will keep doing it.

استمريت على ذي التمارين كم يوم وقررت اكتب هنا التطورات ، اسوي ذا التمرين مع تمرين ثاني قبل صلاة الظهر، وبعد صلاة العصر اسوي تمارين ثانيه ، وبعد صلاة المغرب او الفجر اعيد نفس التمارين الي قبل صلاة الظهر بمعنى قبل بعض الصلوات اسوي تمرينين فيكون 6 فيديوهات 🩷 + مرات اذا كانت فاضيه اسوي اشياء ثانيه 💙 اليوم الاول : تم ✅ اليوم الثاني : تم ✅ اليوم الثالث : تم ✅ اليوم الرابع : سويت فقط اربع تمارين لان خرجت المول ، حسيت بصداع والم برجلي ، تم ✅ اليوم الخامس : للحين م حسيت بفرق واحس بتبع نظام اكل وبشرب مشروب ماء مع ليمون ، بنات حبيت اكتب ذا الشيء .. باليوم الخامس حسيت بكمية حزن لان جسمي حلو وفخذي احسه كبير وبعدين رحت اصلي العصر و دعيت ورحت اتروش وبعد م خلصت لاحظت رجلي بدت تنرسم والدهون بدت تخف ع الخفيف حسيت بشعور سعاده م اقدر اوصفها 🩷🩷🩷 ، زودت تمارين بسيطه ، حبيت اقول لا تستسلمون ابدا وتذكروا كميه السعاده الي بتحسونها يوم توصلون للشيء الي تبونه 🩷 اليوم السادس : احس بتغيير خفيف ، واحس بِألم بفخوذي ، سويت التمارين وللحين احس بالالم 🩷 ، تم ✅ اليوم السابع : سويت اربع فيديوهات بس لان م كان عندي وقت حست بتغير باين واضح والم بفخوذي☑️ اليوم الثامن : م سويت الا تمرينين ونص مع الاسف ، كنت مشغوله 😓 اليوم التاسع : م سويت الا تمرين مره ذي الايام انشغلت اليوم العاشر :سويت بس مره واحس بتغيير اليوم الحادي عشر : بنات م اقول لكم رجلي مررررره تعورني

Hello!!! I’m going to be doing this workout until I get my thighs to 11 inches. My left leg is 16.5 inches and my right leg is 16 inches. I’m also doing this with four other workouts so yeah. First day let’s starttt!! Day 1✅ did it! Day 2✅ did it! Day 3✅ did it!

I believe that such a strict diet should not be followed; you can avoid eating sweets and fatty foods, but exercise every day. I literally did these exercises for an hour and my thighs look sooo good. I've always been thin, but sugary foods ruin my figure(
