All the effort Lilly and her team make??? Just take breathing, like, omg, she posts a new video almost every single day, she prepares new guides every 14 days, and she is doing all of that while preparing her app and her projects. She is just admirable, is like a role model to follow. Sincerally, you inspire me and you have made me fall in love with fitness, but this time for the good reason.
Those leg circles are BRUTAL in the best way!! I love that Lilly’s workouts can all be done at home, and I feel my muscles burning more than I do at the gym. You’re the best, Lilly!!

Maybe because of that she wanted to train her legs so they get stronger . Skinny girls are also allowed to do workouts and it’s kind of unpolite to say “I hope you gave up” ❗️Just my opinion ❗️

Alright here it comes: Day 1 ✔ I feel like I can do this everyday, it is challenging if you do it correctly but definitely doable even for beginners. Day 2 ✔ Just like yesterday, in the middle it gets hard as it really burns, but my muscles weren't sore from the previous day. Day 3 ✔ I have really prominent hip bones so it hurt a lot to do it on the floor, even with a mat, so today one of my good neurons decided to wake up and it gave me the revolutionary idea of doing it on my bed, which is totally doable as long as your bed isn't too soft. Anyway, it burnt during the exercises, but I wasn't sore from yesterday. Day 4 ✔ Did it later today but it doesn't matter, I had a really busy and stressful day and I consider it an accomplishment! Day 5 ✔ I don't mind that it's repetitive since it's only 10 minutes. Day 6 ✔ I memorized it by now so I can do it without having to follow along and I can play my own music, so that's a plus. Day 7 ✔ It was harder than usual, but the burn was really satisfying! Sorry for not updating everyday, I was really busy with exams! But I did finish the challenge, to be honest I don't see a difference, but I think that what's most important is that I FEEL it. I feel like my muscles are definitely stronger and they feel a lot more toned!
I’ve done this at least 4 days straight already........ my legs still feel like a million lbs when doing this workout but today I added additional ankle weights and my God! You got this ladies!!!! It’s worth it. From the feel of it my thigh muscles are stronger and my butt looks even perkier! 🙌🏾💕
I’m trying to tone up for my birthday it’s just day 1: and my muscles are pulsating and tender from this workout which means it’s working lol see you guys in day 2 of this 2 week journey
i completed the 2-3 miles a day challenge a while ago but i’ve still been doing it everyday along with this because it got so addicting and i gotta say my butt is way more sculpted now , perkier, etc. i’d say my legs are slimmer but it’s hard to tell bc i had some THIGHHHSS lol , so yeah i say do this challenge but it won’t take no 14 days

Im overweight and old. So i done each one half of the time, than shown, because I didn't want to hurt myself. I have been doing it for 2 weeks once a day and I have noticed a massive change. I Recommend doing it and dont give up.

I have just come across your sessions...Wow this is just what I needed, I suffered a stroke and my yoga etc went down the pan and although I do a lot of walking its not enough to get my muscle tone back, Ha ha this should do the job .....looking forward to my morning burns. Just subscribed :)
This is my second day of following her workout routine. I do this one along with another leg slimming one and an ab workout. I hope to see results in a month with steady and continuous workouts ✌

Did anyone else get cramp in the back of their leg when crossing over the leg for the glute bridges? The first exercises were fine but sadly I don't think I can do the rest 😢 off to do my usual butt lift workout!
Hey guys! After a traumatising experience, I am finally able to get myself back into working out and exercising to tone up slim down and get fit. But my anxiety makes it hard to try and figure out which workouts to follow when there are so many to choose from and then how to maintain it once I get the results...anyone got any advice or suggestions? I’m not sure how long I’ve been doing this for but probably for about a month with breaks every now and then but I’m starting to see and feel result my legs are sliming down and I’m feeling healthier I’m 5’2 and 120 pounds
