Thank you so much!! I am so happy you like it!! 💕💕💕 For the Ciao markers, I added litttle foiled stickers on the caps! I shared a video on exactly how I did it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-u9u9k6Lvyro.html I hope this helps!! ☺️
love your cards! is there a reason why you cut them out and then put them back in the paper before you color them? is it somehow better than just cutting them out when you have finished? newbie here trying to get tips. :)
Thank you!!! I am so happy you love my cards!! ❤️❤️❤️ I am not using coordinating dies to cut out my images. I use a Brother Scan‘n‘Cut and I have had some casualties where cute critters suddenly lose their tail or something because I didn’t check the trace properly or the paper shifted in the machine. So to avoid that, I cut before coloring. And I just pop them back in the „frame“ because I find it easier to handle that trying to hold those tiny images 😅 but it really is totally personal preference! So happy you found this hobby - it really is wonderful but with Lawn Fawn it’s a slippery slope to full-blown addiction 👀🫣🤣❤️
@@craftroomadventures oh that makes complete sense.. im binge watching your videos.. and of course now.. I want some hello bluebird items now lol I watch one of your videos and I want EVERYTHING!!! hahaha. what paper do you prefer for the card bases and what paper do you prefer for the copies. :)
That is exactly how I felt when I started!! I went down a rabbit hole and the wish list just grew longer and longer!! 🫣🤣 I use heavyweight white cardstock for my card bases! Usually Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 100lbs or Mondi Color Copy Paper in 300gsm. The mondi is super bright white whereas the Neenah is more cream! I started coloring with Copics on Neenah, but last year I switched to Transotype Perfect Coloring Paper. Neenah works fine but the Transotype Paper is whiter, so the markers show up more true to color and it’s made for markers so it holds more ink. Even if you add a few layers the ink won’t start bleeding ☺️
