Hi Guys,
As promised, here is my update one month into my slimming world journey and I'm super happy to announce I've lost a stone in just a month!
I'm over the moon as I haven't felt hungry and feel so much better in myself. I've shared what has worked well over the last month and also some meal ideas on what I typically eat.

You're a breath of fresh air. I've put so much weight on over the last year or so and I'm so unhappy with how I look and feel and have been toying with the idea of joining SW. I too don't want to join a group or pay online. I bought all the books on Ebay over 6 months ago but haven't even looked at them. I decided to look on RU-vid as I started reading one of the books and realised that the intro video would be really helpful and I am delighted to find you! I have subscribed and will get started as soon as I can. I also bought the exact same food diary on Amazon lol. I'm going to watch all your videos. You seem really lovely and warm and friendly and I feel really comfortable with you as my go to Slimming world expert. Thank you for taking the time to do all your videos, it's such a help.

Great job, Chelle and I'm glad you're reaping the benefits ! My personal weight loss technique consists a sturdy chair, a straitjacket, two ten foot lengths of goat chain, two padlocks, a bunched up cloth and a roll of duct tape :)

@@lindadunn6813 No joke... A while back four friends performed a much needed wardrobe intervention of the clothes I'd been hording over ten years and they were only able to achieve it with me chair bound and gagged in the corner !

Well done on loss .I've been at slimming world 5 years .been at target since first lock down. Loosing 3 stone 4.5 lb .x

Slow cooker soup.Spanish chicken...Makes enough for several meals. Chicken thighs,chorizo sausage,red pepper,carrots,onions,sweet potato,tomato puree generous amount,tinned tomatoes. Plenty Paprika,oregano,salt,black pepper,stock cube. Brown chicken in small amount olive oil.Add all other ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for several hours (4/5).. Have as a healthy low fat meal or,blend as a soup,Can be frozen..

Well done that's great. I had lost 4 stones on sw but unfortunately I have put it back on. I am going to be joining sw again and hopefully I will make sure I keep it off this time.

Well done on weight loss, I do belong to a slimming world group & I've list 9 stone withe their guidance, peas & parsnips aren't speed they are free though. 😊

Hi Chelle, can you tell me how you work out the syns if you haven't joined slimming world please. I am finding it so expensive now and it would be great to know. I just love your videos and content and how interesting you are. Keep up the good work, you are helping so many people. You need to write a recipe book would be a best seller I am sure.😊 A soup video would be fab. I do butternut squash and sweet potato and spicy curry parsnip, always tastes amazing. I have a soup maker and within twenty minutes it's made, so easy. The yogurt is half a syn if it is 160gm pot, happy days.

I use a can of white beans to thicken up my soups and to provide a bit more protein. They don't really taste like anything, which makes it so versatile. Love the meatbal pasta, will definitely try and make it! X

Hi there, welcome to the Slimming World Family. I am a paying member so I have access to the App & the qr scanner for the syns. Just to correct you, the Mullerlight Yoghurts are 1/2 syn not 1 syn.

Fair play to you. Just be aware that you must syn butter and it can be very high. 1 pad of butter for example is 3.5 syns.

You can add 2 eggs.in your meat ball mixture as well as 1_2 teaspooms of breadcrumps to help the mixture stick

Have never tryed slimming world or slim fast I tried juice plus I use to go to the gym before lockdown and the virus started well done on your weight loss

That’s the key not thinking your dieting .. changing ur mind set .. thus why I’ve fallen off the wagon a million times 😂 I’ve got bigger then ever been now though .. I’ve even grown big boobs which I was always totally flat chested all my adult life 🤣🤣 that’s the only one good thing but as the boobs are the last to put on weight u can imagine how much past my normal weight I’ve got 😂😂😂 chunky arms too which Ive never had 😩 I’m on week one atm .. supposed to weigh tomo but I’m not going to this time . I’m going to weigh every two weeks . I get so crestfallen when I weigh + only cost a 1lb which I know is totally fine but u know how it is 😆 massive well done to u ! I would be thrilled to bits if I lose anywhere near that in a month . We shall see 😬xx

I think as soon as you think you're dieting you fail, as soon as you can't have something you want it more so if I want something I'll have it and just syn it. It's not all about the numbers on the scales, for me it was how I felt as as I felt much less bloated too. You'll smash it I'm sure :)

@@AtHomeWithChelle Yes I definitely feel less bloated and that in itself is just so nice . I didn’t weigh in yesterday as I wanna keep a positive mind set 😬😬😬 I do feel like it’s working though , I just need to accept slow and steady wins the race LOL Thanks for reply 🖤🖤🖤

You are allowed to have some carbs on slimming world. Pasta and rice are free food, you can also have some wholemeal bread or have carbs as your sins. I have noticed thought when I went a bit crazy on the pasta my weight loss has slowed down a bit. But overall I can wholeheartedly recommend SW. I am on my 11-th week and lost just a bit over 3 Stones. 💃💃💃
