That food is anything but healthy sadly, the rice alone is a nightmare for health and blood sugar, and potatoes need I say more...for people who are carb sensitive it will raise insulin and turn on the fat storage hormone then you can forget about weight loss until the sugars get used up by the liver, and by the time that happens time to eat again so you're again not utilising your own body fat for energy, I was trying to lose weight with this kind of food it never worked for me until I started very low carb keto and I was able to lose over 100 pounds in less than a year and I've been on it ever since over 15 years now and never been healthier and my blood work looks amazing. Probably works for you because you are not very overweight to begin with at this point and you're not going over too many calories
