So I am actually on a weight gain plan, but I havent been doing so well, but watching you gives the right sort of advice when I dont eat enough, like just to restart the next one etc. Cos its basically the same just reverse, so thanks for the tips at the end, and to say how important it is to plan, because then there is more chance to follow it

I Use those sausages 😋 i sometimes take the meat out and make a pattie, then make a mcdonalds fake away with the sainsburys wholemeal muffins, absolutely delicious 😋 xx

Hi my name is Kate but I use my husband account lol, really great vlog,loads of good tips,I need to get that book for £3 I need some ideas more as the weather starts to get in autumn ,I have had a bad week, my mum had a fall on Monday afternoon and I have been at 2 hospitals all night which are miles from where I live, I was so hungry early hours of the morning and the only place open was good old McDonald's, it's not a excuse but I didn't have a choice and all the rushing about this week and the worry (she broke her hip and needed a replacement) I have made some bad choices but I went shopping last night and only got the good stuff, you know what its like when life throws you off balance, I hope you have a good weigh in, you are looking really well and pretty today, have a lovely weekend, thanks for the advice Kate 😊❤

I always cut the crusts off my 2 slices of wholemeal bread from an 800g loaf. Makes it a healthy extra! Thanks for the video 😊 x
