Carol Pretty yes great idea, I did it once before but ate most my syns by the Monday after weighing in the Friday before!! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 though saying that I did go out out, though not much chance of that happening at the moment!! I’ve found a printable sheet to tick off so think I will do that. Thank you xx

I totally know where your coming from I’m in a wheelchair and haven’t got worry about home schooling or working from home but am suffering because of not moving around as much x
