I made this today, and I must say that your method is SO much better than the way I have made this quiche before, with cottage cheese. It was delicious! As you suggested, I added extra speed veg( celery and courgette). Thank you so much!
Im glad I watched this I made it with cottage cheese and I didn't like it as much so defo gonna try with quark thanks. And Debbie you can see a really big difference from then to now, you look amazing xx
Thank you for all your help with such nice recipes that taste so good! I slipped up a bit. Loosely restarted 11 days ago and saw that I didn’t do as badly as I thought! An 8 lb drop since 11 days ago and thanks to you, I am getting my act together lol! I have 111 lbs. to go. I know this can be done but your way of following SW is very nice and unique. I am American from the States. SW left us a good 4 years ago so with my books and your videos I know I will reach Target weight. I went to slimmers world years ago and we used to make. Corned beef quiche that was free and if I remember rightly it was cooked in the microwave so it was a life saver quick, easy and free. Would this still be free on Slimmers world now cos I know syn values change all the time?
Still not a quark convert. It was ok in a pasta bake I tried but not sure about quiche. Can u taste the quark and could I mix it all up in the dish rather than layers?
I don't think you can taste quark especially if you put herbs and e.g, mustard in it, but you could try cottage cheese. It doesn't really go into layers the quark mixture pours down into the bacon and binds it all together, but yes you could mix it before cooking x
