Well done on ur loss Hun! Just so you know when we went to Disney, and we didn't eat on plan - it's real hard with all the bread and pastry mmm! But having said that, I done 20k steps a day just walking the parks and lost 4 lbs that week :) xxx
Mr Haider thanks, though I need a slap around the face at the minute. Something has just changed in my headspace and I have gained exactly half of what I lost! Can you believe that ?! Just this week I have been smashing out the exercise which was non existent for over a month! I'm actually enjoying it again... I just need to tackle my eating! As well as getting back into Vlogging. I haven't uploaded in 3 months! I'm such a disappointment but I know I need to change ! :( x
Elisa Jones - stick to the vlogging definatley I find that it gives me the extra motivation to keep losing weight. Plus you have a good few subscribers. So keep it up, well keep your spirits up but the weight down but you know what I mean.
Mr Haider I've been meaning to invest in my own broadband so I can actually upload without it taking 5 hours!! Need to sort my Mac out too, these are things I will do in the next week!!! No excuses! x
