You're so right Charlotte. SW is healthy eating if you want to keep it up you need to fit your life into it - I find if I deprive myself at birthdays etc I get fed up and just binge so I allow myself the meals out etc then just back on it the next day xx

I weigh in tomorrow but I haven't been on plan much this week so I'm already aiming for a 3lb loss next week and drawing a line under this one! Good luck Charlotte! You got this 💁🏼

The alpro coconut makes an excellent rice pudding mixed with risotto rice and cinnamon and put in oven, stirring regularly x

Nicki Bishop yeah sure. I use 100g risotto rice and 500mls alpro coconut. I add a little sweetener and cinnamon (you can add nutmeg too) then put in the oven around 180•. Give it a stir every 15 minutes or so until thick and creamy. It's not as good as the real thing but it's a lovely healthy alternative x

Yes Charlotte you can do it!!! My goal is also 3lb for the coming week. I am so motivated at the mo and absolutely chuffed as I had weigh in today also and I've lost 3.5lb this week 😬 come on let's do this 🙌😘

That's amazing that you were able to do all that and only gain 1lb. Well done Charlotte. It will fall back off this week on plan. Enjoying your birthday and anniversary were definitely worth 1lb. You have so got this x

You have the best attitude towards slimming world, I need to try and have this attitude! I'm really struggling this week, I'm on my first cycle of fertility medication and it's making me feel so bloated and horrible, but also my hormones are insane and when I feel crap all I want to do is eat! 🙈 didn't realise you had a SW Instagram, will go and follow you now, I find my SW Instagram massively helps me! X

My aim is 2lb :) it was also my birthday last week, and all I did was eat cake and chocolate and drink fizzy juice and I also gained a pound. Ready for a new week💪🏼

I layer 40g of grape nut, plain quark mixed with sugar free strawberry squash and frozen berries and leave them ok the fridge overnight. It's like a cheese cake for breakfast mmmmm. X

Well done. I restarted after Xmas for the 4th time I think in total. This is my last go. On my 3rd week weigh in total weight loss is 5.5lbs ... Aiming for that 2lb this week . Eek! 3 stone goal to get off for June. 😁

Well done Charlotte, you always spurn me on when I'm slipping off the wagon. Loss or gain you keep it real. Where did you see Billy Elliott if you don't mind me asking?
