I've totally been in that mindset before where I just kind of don't care to keep to the plan. Sometimes you need to let yourself off the leash, just not allow yourself to remain off the leash. And a 1 lb gain isn't bad, all things considered. You've got this! And I love your "small win" shirt and your big roomy Starfleet uniform. (FYI: When I get a call on my cell phone, the Enterprise computer says, "Warning: Life support failure on all decks. Abandon ship." When I get a text, the computer says, "Incoming transmission." 😁💻

That’s all you can do ‘draw that line’ you can’t go back on what’s happened , so just go forward and forget about what’s happened, 1lb is not bad considering what you were saying about last week, we all have bad days/weeks so your not alone !! Alan it is Piper here I am here to tell tales on my mum. There were things called Jersey Royal Tatties for tea and I was told Piper Roo these ones are not for you but to have with salad tomorrow ... I like tatties. I caught my mum before bed having them cold.... I think that is not in keeping with her doing SW they were for tomorrow... I gave her a hard stare and got one it was yummy...I want more. Boris we are the same age what a coincidence... I was taken to Cindy yesterday and came back naked again... Mum says hmmm pity she can't look like me after a haircut as I come back half my size. I did not let Cindy do all my toes as I have thickly feet.
