+Guy Greenberg yeah I found it. to get it there is this blue camera icon underneath the characters, so click that and it will take a picture of the character. there will be an egg near the picture

That same thing happened to me but I finally figured out what it was when you go to win a prize you HAVE to win one so if you go and try and you don't get any thing then you won't get the chance to get an egg. Do you understand
