This is EZ mocking the mainstream type flow/rap (even the adlibs), hence at the end he said "I guess that's the turn up record" with a disappointed voice
the part that you didnt like is basically the part that's mocking all those "fraud" rappers, and showing that he can do it, too, but with more sense in it. that's the whole point of it.
