I've never been, and have only spent 5 minutes in Wisconsin when my dad missed an exit on our way to Chicago but this in my opinion is definitely a national crown jewel of not only late model racing, but in all of asphalt stock car racing.
He runs lefthander chassis, which are arguable slower, because he's loyal to them (I forget why, but I'm assuming it's a networking type thing). Lefthander is fairly rigid, yet has good longevity. Unlike rigid chassis, newer chassis (like Fury for example) are lightweight and have more flex for better overall performance. However, lightweight chassis don't have great durability and have a steeper drop off in performance.
