My daughter, who is now 15, would only be consoled by Slipknot, Korn, or SOAD when she was an infant. I am a metal head and these are 3 of my fave bands. I think she remembered the sound of the music from when I listened to them when she was in the womb. Regardless, mama was proud. :)
It works, my friend's baby was throwing the biggest fit at a party. I told him, "Let me try something," I played this song, and he stopped, and started smiling and waving his arms around. Everyone looked at me in awe. Rammstein Freir Frie, and Ich Will works as well.
i dont know if its working for every baby but since i discovered a couple like this on youtube i think have a theory. i think babies are pure humans. i remember when i was very little i was upset everytime the grown ups didnt tell me something or just look down on me because i was still little, however i understood way more then they thought. i think 'angry' or 'mature' music like metals, nu metals grunge or hard core can be very pleasing to them and they find it interesting and calm their nerves. they dont even have to understand the lyrics maybe even its for the best so they can just channel the rythm and the vibe which cant be too dark for them as they dont know the world yet. i think rock music maybe the best for the kids. i was also 8 when i found out nirvana and i was so loved it i even skipped from school just to listen nevermind all day.
It was said satan was a master of music. And myself would hardly call this A godly melody. I would ponder on the significance of the forces at work here near your family. Much love. everything is the act of satan since adam and eve.. that doesnt mean rock music is bad, what do you choose, hypocrisy and fake stuff or the hard truth? youtube is all over with videos babies get calm by metal and stuff because they like real stuff. you cant sell lies to a baby
