as long as you don't run out of fuel i think this could be really overpowered because whenever a ship is coming to fight you or you're going to attack a base you can just simply just no-clip into the floor and avoid being shot

Hhad this happen to me in the early stages of the game with a rover, absolutely horrible and had to quick reload to fix

If you figure how to do this on othrr planets and with multiplayer then a war happens you can sneak up to the enemy and just jump in with th nukes

omg this could be a super kool and op way of building an unreachable base! Literally just turn off your dampeners, fall to the center of the earth, detonate a warhead to make a hole, and then build a base there! Just make sure you dont run out of fuel
