I have the alula and just love it. But you're right, the price did make me hesitate for quite awhile. I have now flown it for over a year on the Oregon Coast (where we have a lot of cliffs) and I agree, if I total it I would buy another one immediately. Thanks for sharing.
Great fun. On a £ vs. flight time, or £ vs. fun level, expect the Ahi will rate very high. The added weight with covering likely helps with penetration into wind, which this ridge seems to have a lot of. If was lighter, it may struggle going up-wind. Love the photo, looking out over the ridge, with the wings. ♥️😎👍
I am a massive fan of the big tuna as well! It is sooo much fun! 😉🤘 Such a shame you payed so much! I think I payed just under $200 Canadian for mine complete with servos and battery.
