Odd how you leave out the contracted convict slaves Birmingham used after reconstruction that built the city worked the mines and furnaces and they werent just blacks maybe the majority but it was lower class of all races enslaved.

They are included at the Vulcan. The convicts were treated the worst one was boiled to death for being so exhausted they couldn’t continue working

@@davebased5919 ok and . That doesn't really matter much . I'm glad its there, but sau a kid in Andalusia is learning state history watches this video or any mostly. They never learn it unless they go to Vulcan. This is how history gets white washed and sanitized. To make a video about the birth of Birmingham that has to cover the mines and such and not one mention. This is how come I wasn't aware myself untill my 40s . And many I've spoke to about it never have heard of it.

@@williammoran4898 that’s true, you’re right it should be mentioned at both. I find Vulcan better for history and Sloss better for seeing how dangerous working conditions and machines were first hand
