Here in Singapore, there is Nippon Anti-fungus solution that you can apply to your wall first before painting it with an anti-mould paint. Maybe you can check if there is a similar product there in the Philippines. :)

I totally like your house specially the kitchen since you did that little renovation. I like the arrangement. I was about to ask about the dehumidifier, but you gave the details so thanks very much.
