Catherine, I love how you use ingredients for your recipes that are not ONLY affordable and reasonable but that are easy to purchase at stores that the majority of struggling Americans can buy from like Fry's, Kroger's,Walmart. You don't use those fancy, special ingredients that cost an arm and leg and are available at high and mighty stores. Stay down to earth and REAL. I love all your recipes, I make them because they're real and easy for us who work and have kids in school. Thank you so much!!!!

Quick tip: I mix together those 5 seasonings as my go to for meats. I keep it in its own labeled shaker jar so it's always ready. I also like to use smoked paprika.
When I was single and living alone I would make this in the morning before work With golden mushroom soup put it on low and came home to a wonderful dinner ❤

As I type to comment this pork chop recipe is in my crockpot cooking, got another 5 hrs to go. I did not have the ranch dressing packet mix nor the cream of onion soup but that did not deter me as I had all other ingredients. I have been wanting to use the boneless pork chops in my freezer chest plus the remaining fresh carrots and potatoes. I am looking forward to the flavors all coming together to produce a glorious meal with the benefit of leftovers. My mouth is watering. Thank you.

Hi Catheine, searching your blog for dinner ideas, and found this one. Now my store does not carry Cream of onion sadly, so I will use cream of mushroom & cream of chicken. Into the soup, I will put in an envelope of lipton onion soup mix, Ranch & I thought I had pork gravy, which I do not, it is poultry gravy. 😆 I know hot mess of a recipe I want to follow. Instead of carrots, I will stir in some frozen peas the last hour or so. One good thing, I have pork chops, potatoes, the seasonings used on the pork chops. Wish me luck on how this will turn out. 🤣

I made this today for Sunday dinner. My husband and I loved it. I had bone in chops in the freezer, and they turned out great. I did as you suggested and browned the chops. I will be making this again. Thank you for the recipes. I'm going to make your crack brownies for dessert tomorrow.
Yes, I agree about the carrots. I swear the long fresh carrots are better in a cooked dish. They are sweeter and the baby carrots are easy for dipping.

The meat is so tender and the flavors meld together and your whole meal is in one vessel! 😘 And there are so many different flavors of the cream of soups so you can make it your own! Once I discovered cream of celery soup, it was a total game changer! 😋 I think we've all used cream of chicken or mushroom but I can see where onion could make this recipe better with it's own unique flavor! 😚 Plus you listed even more options so everyone can have their preference! ☺️ I've made a recipe very similar to this but it had stuffing mix instead of veggies. And I added cream of celery soup which enhanced the stuffing!😁 You're always my go-to whenever I can't think of something to cook. I just go to your website and look for a recipe that goes with the ingredients I have and make something sensational! 🤤 I can't believe you're still having rain Catherine! 😯 We had a lot a couple of weeks ago but we've had a lot of sunshine since. I'm surprised they haven't invented a lawnmower that works in a swamp! 😉 When we hit the rainy season and it just won't stop, the grass can get taller than you! I saw this a lot when my friends lived in Florida and came up with the idea of a hover-mower. Wish I had invented it back then and was rich now! 🤑 Sounds like a good item for your area! 🚱 Of course I'm writing this now as it's raining.🤔 Yesterday was a beautiful day, not too hot and no rain. I made this recipe last night and it was just amazing! The pork chops all but fell apart they were so tender. The gravy was the showstopper! I did this recipe yesterday and it was very delicious i never really cook with pork unless its a very typical traditional Mexican dish but this was a change for me and a good one at that ty for sharing❤
