For folks with high blood pressure; I’d avoid the soy sauce and chicken broth- substitute it with just a chicken bone broth with water to dilute + a bay leaf. Add thyme and pepper to taste. People sharing can add salt to taste as well so everyone wins lol
@@Nate-fi9pf oh it absolutely does. It can dehydrate you or help facilitate the transportation of minerals to all your body’s cells. Salt in abundance slows that process.

@@rachelreeb695 It seems counter intuitive but water doesn't make meat moist. Fat does. That's why if you boil chicken in as much water as you want it can still be really really dry if you leave it in too long.
