Great video Obi, I'm an overthinker and it's just something I've always done. I am blessed with the life I have but also unsure about things at the same time. Those words I need to think of the good things I have done in my life more 😊

Another way to counter negative thoughts is to battle it by saying to yourself 'What if it all works out better than I can imagine?' and then think out that scenario...it helps!

It's get warm in the United States, so I can now venture out more, and I'm planning on getting me a burger like that. 😊 I also enjoyed the pups too...they are so cute.
