As autumn arrives, I'm reminded of the importance of slowing down and appreciating the little things that make life joyful 🍂. In this video, I share how challenging finding a balance between productivity and embracing slow living can be, especially as the pace of life picks up. Every September, I get a little overwhelmed by seeing the end of the year coming at great pace. The end of summer always happens suddenly, and collapses into autumn.
Spending time embracing autumnal habits has helped grounding myself in time, and appreciate slow and mindful moments.
I've been experimenting a little with this recent video, with the addition of voiceover. I felt that writing subtitles was limiting me to engage with you, and share stories. Let me know what you think 🧡

Greetings from Norway ❤ Autumn is very extreme in here, with the temperatures dropping a lot. It is a time to slow down and stay at home more, next to the fire, baking more with the aromas of cinnamon and vanilla in the air and enjoying the simple routines of everyday life even more. ☕️✨

The transition from the calm background music to a man’s voice almost from a retro tv show into ur soft calm voice was truly enchanting I was so surprised at first coz it felt almost surreal. I was just like when did we go from quiet tales to quiet and subtly poetic tales 😂 but jokes apart I think the voice over was absolutely beautiful so well put and as always your videos continue to be ray of sunshine in our fast paced lives. Love all your videos but this one with the voice over was my favorite. You have such a calm soothing voice. Sometimes it is hard to fully enjoy videos when you have to read the words on the screen. But with a voice over you can pay attention to everything that is going on in the video at the same time. Your pie looked delicious!

Autumn is my favourite season here in Melbourne, Australia. The days are still warm but not too hot and we have lovely crisp mornings and cool evenings which make it easier to sleep. There are lots of things to enjoy such as the start of winter sports, the autumn colours and smells and the warm food. Your apple pie looks delicious. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us. I enjoy your slow living at home and walks out in the parks. The new voice over is great but I prefer your voice to the male voice.

Ah très jolies améliorations 😊 ici aussi l’été a fait une dernière échappée (26 degrés) j’ai eu la chance de pique-niquer sur la plage mais l’automne est bien là, les feuilles tombent et leurs couleurs changent. J’adore cette saison et je pars au Québec profiter de l’été indien. love your cozy videos. love your very cinematographic style.. I can tell you pay a lot of attention to how to tell a story through images.. loved you doing the voiceover. the other voice not so much.. it is too clinical.. too observational.. like a laboratory.. documentary.. it does not fit with your personal, intimate, cosy atmosphere.. i understand it could be like adding an artistic touch/movie like.. the way he sounds.. the comments.. are just to cold for me.. like you are some kind of a laboratory animal.. plus i do not like a male's voice making such objective comments about very personal moments of a female.. let it be her 1st person voice who does her own narrative.. (just my thoughts of course... you do what you want and do what you want to convey.. play, explore.. i will be ok with it, either way you choose.. just sharing this, because you asked for a response from us)
