Today was a pretty slow day for the cargo van. I did cut my day short, but there was nothing good coming out, and my time is very valuable. Make sure you know and fully understand what you are signing up for as an independent contractor. You are on your own. Do not feel that someone needs to help you. There are no guarantees out here, so if you are not built for this type of hustle, Get out the game. #realtalk

I just upgraded from a transit connect to a medium roof 148 wheelbase. I'm so excited because I had to turn down a lot offers. Now I can slowly start pivoting to building a direct customer base. Exciting times!

Can’t get mad at the gig apps. Just do your own advertising and get your own business if the gig apps aren’t enough.

❤love your videos! God bless you buddy! Question, I thought that all Currier gig apps required you to own your own vehicle. Which driver gig apps allow you to use a rental van that's NOT registered in your name? I'm interested in trying out the Currier business before I spend 50 k on a new van. You'd have to read vehicle requirements for whatever company your interested in. I don't have any recommendations because I don't like the idea of renting. Go share allows rentals. I don't know any others.

I wish I got a medium roof but they were too far from what I was comfortable financing. I couldn't find one under 20k

i did that for 20+ years here in Oakland .... i always keep a 2 hour gap between jobs and the gym was my pit stop ... all customers are different and certain areas are like difficult areas so its pointless to have expectations ... can you do this , can you do this , can you do this ... LOOK ill do whatever you want me to do always as it doesn't put me in jeopardy

I've done medical routes and really good money can be made doing it. The people claiming $3k a week are running multiple routes a day, most likely 12+ hours a day.

Its fine to hope for a tip, I don't personally like crybaby's who don't get a tip holding items hostage. I don't care about this lady's attitude she paid what she was suppose to. I do think its a good idea for apps to allow driver rating a customer, then before taking a gig you can see if this customer is tipping or not.

Hey appreciate the information you give out. Had a question about Dlvrd. Are their market presence strong in your area vs. Deliver That? Im from Philadelphia which i think is their headquarters and can't seem to get on. I am on DeliverThat. Also have you done any airport luggage returns on Roadie or the other delivery apps?

Dlivrd is pretty active where I'm at. I get and order about twice a week that's good paying. I won't do any order less than $35. I turn down a lot of the offers. Deliver that is out here but sucks. My wife is on it and never gets orders. Roadie luggage orders are low paying and a pain trying to park to pick up the order. I don't mess with those.
