I honestly don't understand other asmrtists who mock and make fun of others who do extremely slow asmr; the fast and overly chatty stuff that they prefer can be way too stimulating and causes the brain to think it needs to stay awake cause the person is talking about updates or complains about other types of asmr or somthing. If I wanted chatty I'd watch a vlog. I'm here to sleep; plus as someone who has had extremely hard anxiety attacks; finding somthing or someone who can help calm your mind and take you outta that mindset just to help you breathe through your chest burning and the scary shakes, you need calm and peace. Thank you for this video. These kind of videos are what people like those with insomnia and anxiety need. ❤❤❤

Your slow facial movements are what do it for me, I have to be looking at the person performing the asmr to get tingles, no matter what it is. The slow and clicky inaudible whispering is so perfect and crisp, it pairs wonderfully with the rest of the triggers. ( Your nails are very pretty by the way :> )
