Video Course for Beginners learning Swedish (containing a lot of slow Swedish!): agaton-linguistics-s-school.t... Instagram: @vardagmedsvenska Website: agaton-linguistics-s-school.t...
This is the first time I've ever fully understood a video in swedish. It was so cool knowing I can actually understand the language. Regards from Argentina 🇦🇷💕
I started doing Swedish on Duolingo because I liked the way it sounded in Young Royals. Once I've started to get a higher streak, I didn't want to stop, so I kind of "forced" myself to continue swedish and didn't have any fun learning it. Only now I tried to actually practice my skills and I must say they are attrocious. While I can understand written swedish quite alright, my listening and speaking skills are non-existent, so maybe I should in fact rewatch young royals after my 748 day Duolingo experience lol
@@sam_tiup7725 i think you shouldn’t be very hard on yourself or force it upon yourself unless you absolutely have to! i haven’t ever started practicing speaking or listening properly but i think having at least some knowledge of grammar and vocabulary is already a great start 😌 also, absolutely go for a rewatch! the rewatchability of this show is insane
Tusen tack! I lived briefly in Sweden about twenty years ago and learned some Swedish. I thought it was a beautiful language and have tried learning more down through the years. I surprised myself by how much I could understand of this video and will watch others. Tack igen!
First time watching your videos. Fantastic. I am 60 days into duo lingo but your vids are great. We love to come to Sweden and am eager to learn Swedish
Thank you so much for showing the real friendly and helpful Swedish person. You are very young but you are an excellent and talented teacher. Your lessons are perfect and very aptly conceived. Thanks for your immense help with your beautiful language. You are encouraging and reassuring. A heartfelt "Thank You" from Italy!😀😀😀
Tack så mycket! I've been learning Swedish for a few days now and my vocabulary is still very basic and it's difficult to understand. It's amazing to be able to sit through this calmly, google the words I do not know, and start getting a feel for the language! Fortsätt göra de här videorna, tack!
Tack för videon! Jag behöver att praktisera mer min svenska! Jag Bode i Sverige på 90s, för sju år. Jag här gömt nästan allt. Jag menar om att pratar framförallt. Tack igen för allt.
As a Finn who has to learn Swedish at school, I find this very helpful. I have been learning Swedish for nearly 5 years now, and I am still really bad at the language, mostly because not many lessons per week and not really using Swedish at everyday life, and we Finns usually hate learning Swedish language :D. Now I have been studying with better joy and I will reach fluency some day, tack så mycket för hjälpsam video :)
Glad to hear you found this video helpful! I've heard it's mandatory to study Swedish in school in Finland, so I totally understand that a lot of Finnish people don't like learning it xD Btw, I also recommend checking out my new video course if you like the teaching style of this video: agaton-linguistics-s-school.teachable.com/p/swedish-for-beginners-a1-a2
Just discovered this channel and LoVE it! Tack så mycket for the content! The biggest challenge for me learning Swedish so far has been how incredibly fast native speakers of Swedish speak 😅 … so this is perfect for me :)
Do they speak fast only because of all that coffee though? Its become a thing for the last 80 years or so that people drink a lot of coffee. But before that they didn't. The video guy said 3 cups a day is like average or normal. This means... I wonder how much slower they might have talked before everyone was zippin around on drinks that gave them more zip?
I think your videos are really cool. I live in Finland and I opted to learn swedish instead of finnish because I speak myself norwegian so it's easier for me to learn swedish and be integrated in Finland. På norsk: Jeg vil bare anbefale som kan være nyttig når du snakker med svenske undertekster under. Det ville hjelpe mye å se hvordan det svenske språket er skrevet og grammatikk brukt.Takk skal du ha. Bra jobbe!
Yes, this is really helpful, I also feel that investing in stocks and cryptocurrencies is crucial. it is still a new year and an opportunity to make money, I speak based on experience. I do not know if it wants to be appreciated, but I trade with Karen Gaye Gray, you can see her name on google to see her portfolio and know more about her.
This is super helpful, as someone who has ADHD I struggle to remember words if i don't see them. Are you able to add rhe Swedish subtitles along side English subtitles as well. Its always nice to see both texts - I know you've added some words! Thanks so much
Thank you for these videos: they are so helpful. Can I make one suggestion though? Could you add Swedish subtitles as well please? This would help me and others to learn to pronounce written Swedish.
Videos about Swedish grammar are to come ;) In the meantime you can also check out the Swedish Basics course here on this channel. It contains some videos about essential Swedish grammar: ru-vid.com/group/PL74Hum5OOsxwitrRC-6cwQuEhxk6aaiAG
Hej! Will you be offering private lessons again? I have been self teaching myself Swedish off and on but it would be great to have a teacher who can assist me through it! 🇸🇪

Further to my last comment, here is an example of how Swedish subtitles would help; I think you said " Eftersom det går f....t att laga och..... I tried to look up the word beginning with 'f' but have been unable to get it.
Duolingo is right. In order to say "to cook" you have to say "att laga mat". However, "laga" can also be used with a specific dish instead, e.g. "att laga köttbullar" = to cook meatballs.
