If I can make a polite note (althoug still unrequested), when activating the yeast one should never let it directly touch salt...because it would kill the living yeast agent and preventing a full rise of the dough. Actually to help the activation process you can mix a tiny bit of sugar in the water-yeast: this will "nourish" the yeast, allowing to get a full activation and a fluffier airier dough using the same amount of yeast, without affecting the final taste (: you should try this way! Mixing the salt with the dry ingridients, in order to "dilute" it and letting the yeast do its job. Beautiful bread loaf tho ♡ love your videos, greetings from Italy!

I might have to try this, I love plain jane bread and butter! You know, as a suggestion for another video, I would love to see you do a shopping haul. Like from Trader Joe's or your local supermarket, because I have now bought several items (raw honey, tea, coconut sugar, pompom seeds) just from watching your videos.
