Great price but that land rent is brutal. Great kitchen and the bamboo flooring is gorgeous.

I've seen mobile homes from this area (mainly Ulmerton Road) & they are all so unique. Almost a vintage/modern vibe rolled into one. It's just another part of Florida that is in high demand & quite expensive lot rent. Thanks for showing this beautiful home.

This property is outstanding, but the "current base lot rent for this home is $1,130.00 per month," and it will only increase, is not something the average Social Security Retirement recipient can afford. My SS benefit is $1,328. Yes, I'm alone, and if I had a partner with SS, giving half of our combined income to lot rent is not wise.
