I'm building a egig170 at this moment to put in my PK80. Just waiting for the cylinder kit, intake and exhaust from Erich then I'll have my own 170! Went with his build kit with all new gearing, one finger clutch and the works. Sooo stoked to be riding it this summer! All the stuff is excellent quality and Erich has been very friendly when I've had questions during the build.
That 170 is great and plug and play too. 👏👏👏 the lower band seems close to a well tuned p2 than the normal pesky peak from smallframes plus torque!! I am interested in ditching my malossi 136 now 🤣🤣
Me too I'm running a dr130 Reed valve. 24millPHBH dellerto. Lefty exhaust got 70mph on my nephews aprillia rs125 2stroke. So I looked at the engine. It's a pk125 engine VMX5M Checked it so 170cc egig for me
Shouldn't be too bad, 30mm carb, small frontal area and peak power at sensible rpm. Obviously if you add wide frontal area then that changes things a bit.
Will it go straight onto a pk125 engine VMX5M Checked it. So a xliuthch and 170cc.with a decent exhaust 25/27bhp on my pk50 frame with a pk125 engine VMX5M. 🛵👌👏
