As someone who owns a pc , one that isn’t powerful enough to be playing modern cod , the excitement I have to eventually play this is unmatched to any cod I’ve ever played

@@Lucxasbbx sad doesn't even begin to express it. Even though in my case it was mostly Xlabs and boiii being taken down. I truly hope they have a chance at comeback in a year or two :(
I speak for everyone when i say "You guys went above and beyond expectation with the guns". Its interesting because the actual guns are the star of the show when it comes to cod games and the effort on display is jaw-dropping the guns look especially well ported and feel just right, the inspects are so good and all the animation are top notch. The amount of work and dedication to the craft of remaking entire animation is exemplary thank you for your hard work in making the dream cod a reality. Now, from what I have seen in terms of gameplay, UI, maps, guns, gamemodes and systems this has me so excited.... Now... just add in MEANINGFULL progression i.e prestige and weapon prestige, Badass Camo i.e gold, diamond or any sick custom camos of your own, some cool emblem and banners, having very good players's names have cool effects to distinguish them from the rest in the lobby would really cool, forced in game chat as well as staying in the lobby with previous players and a second gamemode like bo3 survival or Zombies even (just to breath a little while still enjoying the game and gaining xp in other ways) and I can see myself not buying any other cod for the foreseeable future. Hell Ill pay like 300 bucks for this! i cannot wait! thank you so much for your efforts
I just want to thank you for taking the time to make this game look so good, not only do the graphics take me back, but seeing all the classic guns come back really gets me excited to play this game when it is ready. Comparatively, I can say that SM2 has more effort put into it than the last four CoD's combined so far. So again, thank you for taking your time on this rather just calling it good and pushing it out.
The most mind-blowing part of all of this is that you kept the original look, feel, animation and audio of each gun from their respective game, and somehow all of them still seemingly fit in the MW2 world as if they were there in the original game! Well done.
@@lilpulloutif you listen closely they’re heavily edited versions of the original weapon sounds. Just made beefier. However the anims are somewhat different depending on which model used and from which game.
This is absolutely beautiful. The way you guys took guns from so many different games across so many different years and made them all look and feel like they belong in the same game is just incredible. I’ll probably put more time into this when it releases than I’ve ever put into a standard CoD game.
Amazing work. Absolutely love the edited WaW weapon sounds for the Gewehr, Trench gun and Mp40. Also like how the VMP no longer sounds like a pea-shooter.

I didn't notice this with the others, but I like how the Tac 12 running animation has several "cycles"? (idk how else to put it) before it goes back to the first part of the animation, makes the realism for it increased. All-in-all great job on this showcase and the project as a whole so far :D
This is the case for all the weapons we modified the sprint of. For example, the HBRa3, Honey Badger and Dragunov have this aswell, but there are a lot more. The reason why we swapped old sprint animations is because they were either really odd-looking or had snapping/floating issues. These new sprints are based of Infinite Warfare's, which had really good animations overall.
some people that are bitching in the comments complaining about this game still not being released are the reason we get unfinished garbage nowadays, dumb mfs think shit is ez asf. learn to be patient. actual GOOD development projects take time to make, perfect and polish. there is clearly A LOT of love being put into this too. this is gonna be some AAAA quality work fosho. appreciate the sm2 team for making this happen frfr.
Facts. They expect anything to be released within a year and then complain when it's out. It's buggy, feels unfinished, etc. That's why projects like this should take their time.

H2M also got a C&D today.. even though a legal copy of H2M was a requirement. So it doesn't matter what you need for the mod: Activision doesn't care, they will ban anything that gets too much attention!

As someone who has played CoD every year since MW2, I've hated the CoD games these last few years, I was excited to see this client pop up in my recommended maybe 6 months. I can't imagine how you, the devs, are feeling right now. All the hard work, probably restless nights, the joy of developing your own client. All gone because of a certain greedy company. May you devs find the peace after this CND. You will be remember. You were what we deserved but couldn't have. #RIPSM2
I love what you guys are doing. As an LMG fanboy I'm perplexed by the offerings you have this far. A little bit of everything, and yet, it feels like more inclusions could be done. The Tigershark was a wildcard I didn't expect. As a whole I respect the inclusions of the future driven games like the HBRa3 an Cod Onlines cashgrab loot spinoffs like "Freedom", alongside the World War additions like the Garand and M1919 LMG, but it also gives off this mobile game roster vibe with no sense of consistency. If you guys intend on getting EVERY gun from EVERY franchise, then hot damn thats heckin ambitious, but as it is, I worry the spotty implementation is a hassle in accounting on its own, if the aim is to get every gun. Every franchise has its own niche models, textures, and anims and I feel it might make the process faster to dedicated franchise by franchise. Ofc I can use my own advice when implementing these guns for H3VR, I keep bouncing between BO4, BO3, and IW weapons rather than focus solely on one games entire roster.
Current minor problems I am seeing: Acr’s mag is still sitting low, the top of the raised texture on the mag should be aligned with the bottom of the mag well K7 is actually missing the right side, the ghosts model has a left side mirrored with a charging handle added to make it look like a proper right side but not really (no ejection port is one clue) Cod online m4 is not that iconic but I will give it that since it is still cool L86’s mag is too short to even fit into the mag well, but that is not really a noticeable problem As long as I am concerned, the l115 still has a static firing pin, tho i doubt any casual will notice or care I think the intervention and the stac aggressor are the same gun overall so I don’t see a point of having them both and… It is a sin to not have the mw3 Msr
Beautiful modding work over the years guys. It's really sad to hear that you got closed down. Imo if you're looking for a graphically updated modern warfare modding game I'd check out Insurgency: Sandstorm ISMC mod. It's the closest thing imo to what you had going and the scene is way more mod friendly.

It’s so weird to see all of these guns in one place and seeing how the older engine handles them. Guns from Black Ops 4 and Infinite Warfare look straight out of 2009.
