Los separadores magnéticos modelo SM se encargan de mantener el líquido refrigerante de la máquina limpio y libre de partículas férricas.
¿Cómo funciona?
Normalmente, el separador magnético está instalado en el depósito de refrigerante de la máquina. A través de un tubo, el refrigerante cae directamente de la máquina a la rampa del separador magnético. Una vez allí, las partículas férricas son atraídas por el magnetismo de un potente imán y recogidas por medio de un rodillo imantado y depositadas en la bandeja superior del mismo. Al final de este proceso, el refrigerante del depósito vuelve a la máquina ya filtrado, a través del circuito cerrado.

How does it work?
Normally, magnetic separators are installed in the machine’s coolant deposit. By means of a pipe, the cooling liquid flows directly from the machine to the magnetic separator’s ramp. Once there, the iron particles are attracted by the magnetism of a powerful magnet, gathered by a magnetic roller and place on the top tray. At the end of this process, the deposit coolant returns filtered to the machine through the closed circuit.
