This area is a lot more open than the previous ones, and I won't be able to finish it all until I get the Metal Cap, although i'm not sure where that is. The mention of a 100 coin star in the volcano worries me, but i'm pretty sure these previous levels don't have enough coins to get one for them, so it might be exclusive to that area.
