I have a huge rectangular room, most people are like “ohhh you’re so lucky to have such a big room” but I always reply with “trust me, it’s a nightmare” It’s so rectangular that I can’t style it properly, but my mom has offered me my little sister’s room which is small and squared. I’m so excited because small rooms are my favorite.

These kind of videos inspire me to reorganize and be more “aesthetic” but then I realize I don't have a room to make aesthetically pleasing. Sigh

honestly? one of the best room makeover videos i've ever seen. i could tell that you put much effort into the video (the shots and editing) unlike some other videos where they make it unnecessarily... cringey, and umm.. sometimes their english.. yea that. (no offense tho) anyways, love it, the room looks so cozy and cute, the decorations too, and you :D also a lil story : im moving into a new room and my mom told me to pick a color for the wall, i didnt think much before picking a color and well umm yea... didnt end well color wise. _i literally picked blue_ (sky-ish blue i guess, just a tad bit darker) istg from the outside, the room looks like it has disco light in it, you can legit see how odd the color is from outside the room and i regret it, i wish i picked a neutral color :')

Day 1 Honestly I feel privileged to be the oldest but in reality not really , but at least I get to keep my room how I want it when I was younger I had to share with my little sister but she never really slept in the room so I decorated it however I wanted although my mother and stepfather put her clothes in there and anytime they would get her dressed they would leave the clothes on the floor because they never put her clothes in the dresser they left it in a basket , I was very angry because I had to keep cleaning up after them. But lots of parents use their age to their advantage because somehow I would be in the wrong if I asked them not to do that anymore. I find it pretty concerning that adults think they deserve respect for no reason at all , even when they don’t respect us. It’s honestly tiring having to clean up all day behind my siblings and my parents because I’m the oldest and I should know better. Even though their older than me I’m the one who should know how to clean up behind myself. It’s a lot to deal with no to mention school. Probably one of the reasons I have anxiety but I guess I’ve gotten use to it as a kid I guess I just used to do it because I knew if I talked back I would get in trouble, I had perfect grades because I loved taking notes. My room was always clean and I always did chores but even the littlest things got me in trouble , I don’t why I’m sharing my self story right now but...sometimes adults are just like those police who take advantage of their authority and they blame everything on the children even when they know it’s them. But that doesn’t mean I don’t love my parents I’m just tired of cleaning up behind them , they repeatedly say I make the mess and I don’t even come out my room. Then when I ask “why” it’s always “because I said so” or what not. Or they say “who do you think cleaned up after you when you were a baby” The problem is you aren’t a baby if you tell me I’m old enough to be responsible for myself you should know better too.
