Yes the place is too far from proper city. 1 Katha plot bungalow in the price range of 95 Lacs is too too high. In this range one will get a good house/ flat in a good residential area or complex in proper city, well connected by public transport. The developers are looting general public 😅. Not worth spending so much.
I agree. House on only 1 katha plot. Rs. 95 lakh is not the price in that far south. You get houses on bigger plots in Joka, in projects like GEMS Bougainvilla. For this house in Southern Vista, the cost should not be more than 55 lakhs.

Public conveince is nt available & it is a big problem & that way price is so high I was interested bt due to this problem I am nt able to proceed thank you
During rainy season the upper balcony may be flooded . Didn't see proper sunset to protect the balcony from rain. Secondly, on each and every wash room ( toilet) , there should be elevated starting or glass panel separator between the shower space / area and the comod, which is not done here. Thirdly , nothing was mentioned on your video about water & electricity details in the complex. Also, I noticed no AC was installed in all rooms .
