Average rents for 1 bedroom is about 1,800 a month...average car payment is about 450.00 a month....average auto insurance is 180.00 a month...average monthly food bill for family of 4 is about 1,200.. on and on...I think you get it..impossible to live anymore...

Here here!!!! my business credit card is uglier than it’s ever been. My jobs are sporadic Customer acquisition is at an all-time low. I fix garage doors. I work for myself out of my home. I’m cheap people are waiting months for $300 repair. That’s pretty bad when a homeowner has to wait months or feels like they have to wait months for $300 repair.

It took over two years to get a one percent gain. I wouldn't brag about a return that is that far behind inflation. Plus the market has already started retreating when everybody--except you--realized that the fed wasn't going to lower interest rates. In California, we're having the worst home sales since The Great Recession and Germany is already in a recession. The fifth and sixth largest economies are in the tank, but they didn't tell you that on whatever BS "news" channel you watch.

98.5% of our taxes are spent right here making things worse. The idea is to lower taxes every year as we get rid of every program that rewards people for bad behavior. You want to drop out of high school to party? Fine. You have the right to starve. If you steal, you get free room, board, medical and a roommate with an attitude and rock hard muscles.
