Don't look at the Russell 2000... Of course you need a profitability screen to get rid of the trash companies that are mostly Small Growth. What's not to like with cheap companies that make a lot of money?
I want this guy to be right and that diversification works….but I wonder given all the areas of our life’s intertwined with tech / Ai / software/ social media etc that maybe…..it’s different this time.? (Yes I’m aware that’s the 4 most expensive words in investing)

As a 30 year old i knew boomers would have to start chasing yield soon thats why i bought nothing but reits and SCHD pretty much last 6 months of 2023-until now everything prior too that was straight into qqq and mag 7 2021-2023 july it was very easy to see….

I'd like to agree with you but the great thing about all the compound shows is the hosts can be who they are without holding back. Let Josh be Josh. Let it be genuine.
Disagree. Politics are upstream to finance/economics and more than relevant. I can't run from US political topics in my convos and I'm not even in the Western hemisphere
Skip past it, I hate politics in anything I consume as well. However, this thought that people should conform their content/selves to meet our standards, is asinine and shows how mentally weak/ entitled we feel as individuals in society. Just mute skip past the parts you don’t want to see or hear, it’s that easy.
