Fouad, I know you won’t be able to reply to these comments forever. Your channel is growing, and eventually you won’t be able to keep up with the comments. It’s cool as hell that you take the time to reply to us. Keep the content coming. It’s what gets me through my cardio. I’ve learned so much about bodybuilding from you already. After my vacation in April, I’m hiring you as a coach, and I’m fucking stoked man. Talk to you May 1st, brother!
Professor Fouad LOL... I am kind of curious, if Found was a school teacher, what subject he'd choose to teach? LOL.. I am gonna plug John Meadows here cause I had his HYSTIM pre-workout and I'm loopy..... Good luck Matthew, sorry for hijacking your comment. Yes learning so much from Fouad, he straight up tells it how he honestly believes it is. No gimmicks.
Great post Matt. It’s true Hoss, at this rate you’re going see a rapid rise in viewers and will be focused on your brand growth 24/7, but we’ll be here pulling inspiration from you regardless of you liking our posts. Get after it FA.
@@FouadAbiad @Fouad Abiad hi abiad I'm from india.,In our home we have drinking water, but why bodybuilders like u and many of them buy drinking water too??????????
Quickly becoming my favorite channel. It's hard finding legitimate, reputable, knowledgeable people in the fitness industry with firsthand knowledge without the fluff and bullshit. You are doing a huge service to the younger generations, and even people like me that have been doing this for a little while at least. Keep it up! I look forward to your videos.
I'm a US Marine. Fitness is very important to us, and we have many, many classes and mandatory training on fitness, healthy eating, and workout programs. I've come to very much enjoy your videos and content because of the mechanical breakdown you give on meals, meal prepping, and showing how reasonably small changes can make such a huge impact. It's one thing to get classes like "cardio good, sauces bad, pizza bad," but it's another thing altogether to see "dropping 10 grams of rice per meal, removing bbq sauce, and adding a little cardio results in a massive calorie deficit." You've got another subscriber here, and I'm sharing your content with some of the Marines I know. I've been talking about meal prepping for a while but your videos have really given me the final push I needed to actually start in on it myself. You and I don't have the same fitness goals or requirements, but the information you go over is equally as applicable. Keep up the great work.
Not a bodybuilder, just an everyday woman who likes to powerlift and I just found your channel recently. Love your content. You keep it simple and realistic.
I found this channel randomly from an interview you did with John Meadows and now I am kicking myself for not finding it earlier. This has definitely become one of my favorite channels to watch.
Question. 1. What criteria is used to determine when a change needs to occur? 2. How do you know what to cut out? 3. Of often should a change be made? Thanks for all the help and information.
Fouad, the fact that you care enough about your elderly dog to cook him ground beef is awesome! I have an elderly German Shepard that I cook chicken breast and macaroni elbows for everyday as well because I'm trying to keep her around as long as possible too! Please do more videos with you and Paul because you guys are hilarious together! Great video and keep up the awesome content!
I'm not a bodybuilder, just a guy at 47 years old trying to stay in shape, and i love your videos Fouad! Keep making videos, cause it will change the lives of a lot of people.
Hitting the content perfectly. Balanced of life of Fouad and then diet/exercises. Keep this up my man, changing lives instead of creating drama like others 💪💪 One day you'll be my coach!
never really had a problem cooking before just hated doing it lol but you helped reprogram my attitude towards the preparation and the process. i sincerely appreciate everything you share.
If it wasn't for you, I would not be anywhere near where I am now. Being overseas in Japan I had to figure out how to get some of the foods here, also being in the Marines can make it difficult, but you make things so easy and have given me the solutions I've been seeking. Thanks always for being truthful and real. Much love from Japan brother.
This dude is so dope .... I stopped following bodybuilders after Kai stopped competing in the Olympia but this dude is down to earth .... don’t ever change ....
Hey Fouad, I’ve been loving the videos. Watched the podcasts all week at work! You’ve inspired me to get myself into much better shape and enter a beginner physique competition. Thank you for all the content!
Fouad Abiad I’m really going to be out of my comfort zone. I’ve never been the guy who’s considered “in shape” or “muscular” etc Any tips / videos you can recommend to help with overcoming this?
These are so good to show how much every calorie and every macro counts. So easy to load up your egg whites with ketchup and not even think about it when you’re really adding hundred of calories a week. I love the precision FA! 👌
You've become my favorite YT channel. In my years of exposure in this area, you are by far the best at explaining things. There is a question that I've always asked myself about pro's such as yourself, how do you keep healthy joints? I try to split my workouts so that upper body has time to recover but still, my joints hurt. Thanks and keep up the great work!
Jorge Avila it’s tough. The tiger balm mentioned in the big one helps and lots of icing post workout. Also a clean diet helps a lot and fish oils as a supplement
@@FouadAbiad Jordan Peters from the UK told me about Kwan Loong oil its the bomb for sore joints better then Tiger Balm, as you also mentioned icing down the joints post wo also helps alot. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-x-Kwan-Loong-Medicated-Oil-57ml-for-Pain-Relief-Headache-Dizziness-UK-Seller/183176640680?epid=5034518192&hash=item2aa62db8a8:g:DuYAAOSwO4Ra0FQV
Love the adjustments video. Was just about to change mine up this Wednesday so this is a good outline of how to take small amounts out at a time. Also the banter with you and Paul.....hilarious!
Awesome video man. The recovery tools part is really helpfull. Actually gonna try a few things, my trap seems to be tight alot of times. So this will be helpfull. Thankyou 🙏🙌
got give you credit, for living in that cold like that, its cold down here in mass but that snow, website is looking bad ass cant wait to order new supp line
Summer did a great job with the website. The home therapy tips is wonderful. I'll be trying that to help with joint pain from Psoriatic arthritis. RIP BBQ sauce :(
Love the content you have helped me and been one of my inspirations to get my ass back to the gym. Just a tip for the chicken to taste better I marinate it in lemon with a little olive oil garlic powder or I prefer real garlic salt and pepper. Marinate that for a few hrs or overnight and throw it on the grill. I love and my family loves it just don’t over cook them and I tenderize them before I season them.
Foam rolling beneficial too though kind of hard to isolate smaller muscles with a foam roller but great for back, hams and quads and you could easily use on calves
I literally just watch his first meal when he started bodybuilding.. tune and potato.. I see the hot sauce never far off! Haha. I love you Fouad! Thank you for every tip!
