Steve was like a white James Brown or Wilson Pickett except more rock and roll than either! He was so gifted

Pure undiluted genius. I hate the fact that Steve Marriott and the Small Faces were exploited and ripped off by their so-called 'management'.

Mod in its purest form.. absolute gods in my opinion .. actually bought my 1st small faces album in 1982 .. hooked ever since !!
