A great start, you should look to swap out that life straw for a sawyer mini, 1/3 the size for the same function and it can attach to a plastic water bottle that you can use to scoop up water and filter on the go as needed.
Here are some tips from my personal experience with the same type of bags. 1. Save weight. Look for lighter gear to keep things safer on your back. Replace the ground tarp with a bevy bag if you can. It takes up a lot of space for something that goes below you. I would keep the poncho. The other items to your sleep system I do not feel u need. 2. I have replaced my lighters in the past because the button has been depressed by other objects in my bags. I ended up getting a lighter case. That way my lighter which was never used didn't run out on me. 3. I would keep Tinder-making tools instead of Tinder. Then get more space for food. 4. Replace the saw and axe with a leatherman. 5. Red light lens. It does the light discipline. I do like the EDC flashlight. These are just suggestions.
Great video!!! You are quite prepared for an emergency. I would consider adding a hygiene kit, extra clothes, and eye protection for working with wood if you haven't added them already. Having a belt kit it a great idea. I'm going to build mine now.
Just saw your video: Great job! I would appreciate if you could tell me the brand and size of your bag: it looks like just the right size for me as I want to keep my bag weight as low as possible and still have the items I need. Thanks! All the best!
