this is just a role-play, for practice/learning. These people are most like students/potential future group leaders/facilitators or students of this person leading the group.

If for some reason these were real group participants, they would have been given full informed consent, meaning, they would know in advance not only that they were being filmed but also the purpose of filming & all potential ways in which the video could be used & disclosed (who would see it, etc.). Otherwise, the counselor/facilitator would be breaking confidentiality laws/rules & could lose their license.

Just an FYI it is unethical for the counselor to guarantee confidentiality in a group session.
