I love you and I don’t even know you. Thank you so much for taking the time that my own school doesn’t take to discuss fun activities to do with my students over zoom. So grateful for your time, effort and kindness. Definitely motivated to make my own video now.
Well you just made my day! Thanks for the compliment. Thinking of video ideas and recording and editing them is so much fun and makes me want to be a better teacher
Yes! I am hoping I can collect lots of data during small groups. Luckily our district is not making us do all of GOLD. Some of it would be tough to observe on Zoom.
Thank you , for your many great ideas. I am definitely going to use these ideas in my virtual preschool classroom , thank you so much hopefully you’ll make some more videos and share them with us we really appreciate it.
Purposeful Play I’m so happy that someone is making video of teacher strategy golds, because that what I use and although I have great idea, I’m shy and I’m glad your doing those videos , because I will be sharing them with the other teachers at the center , to help brainstorm ideas for themselves. You are doing amazing !
Thank you for sharing these wonderful ideas for online classes. Jumping jelly bean is my students' favourite game. Kids really love it. I use it for teaching Arabic as a second language
Thank you dear, those hints helped me a lot. I am a preschooler teacher in Brazil. Would you have some ideas (online) for me about how to teach the opposites: Big, Small, Short and Long?? Thanks in advance \o/
Depending on what your study/topic/theme is you can have children find objects around their home and line them up from biggest to smallest or shortest to longest. Having children bring something (anything!) to your meetings and talking about biggest and smallest with real objects is one of the best ways to teach the concept.
