me gusta mucho el concepto de esta casa, a pesar del reducido tamaño cabe lo escencial para que una pequeña familia pueda habitarla comodamente, solo que podía añadirle un metro más de fondo y ubicar el baño en el espacio que hay bajo la sala y sería lo suficiente para acomodar un comedor para 4 personas Por todo lo demás me ha inspirado para intentar crear mi proyecto personal de casa propia para mí y mi novia Saludos!

Great design for a tiny space, but would suggest "Open concept ground floor with living/dining kitchen and bathroom. Both bedrooms on first floor.

Indeed, it would be much more logic, it's difficult to enjoy time spent with friends if you must go back and forth the stairs everytime you need beverage, food or anything else.

Ну спать , кажется, ещё не так и страшно. Вот куда вещи? Если жить в зоне с 4 сезонами круглый год, мне кажется, и одному человеку вещи некуда сложить, а тут ведь вроде для семьи, раз 2 спальни. Более подходит для кратковременного пребывания.

Nice layout, but that horrible glass front wall is very offputting. A solid wall would be better, especially as there are already windows in the side wall of both bedrooms. Or a front wall with smaller windows in, and n need for windows in the side wall.

This is perfect for students. The only thing I would change is, since it already has that little walkway in the entrance, I would eliminate the 2nd floor balcony and use that space for a bigger bedroom.
