My parent's dreams is to have their own house, after i graduate, ill work hard for them to have one. and this is exactly the design I would like to give them. thank you for this idea.

This is the house design that i've been dreaming about. I've got an idea to get enough room and keep free space outside building in my small block of land provided. I even become more enthusiast for saving to make my dream comes true soon, hopefully. Thanks for such a beautiful design.

How much is the expected cost to construct this design, as shown. I'm interested to build this design, but on top of an 8 feet stilt, so the ground portion can be utilized for parking space.
Interesting plan, but it needs some changes. The front bedroom should be eliminated to allow for more living/dining space. Bedroom 2 is too small for a double bed, and the upstairs bathroom is too small to be functional.
