Liked the design, but may I know if the terrace area be converted to master bedroom instead and convert the master bedroom at the ground level to be part of living room...hope to see it in your future modelling posts. thanks
I have the same suggestion. For me the balcony is not practical, especially if you have a small house. All space must be maximized. I also agree that the master's bedroom should be upstairs to free the space downstairs for more space for living room and dining room.
Change the arrangement of the balcony and bedroom no. 1. Move the wall between bedroom no. 1 and a balcony (the balcony will be a bit smaller, but the bedroom door will be bigger). The door to the new balcony centrally to the front of the stairs. You can install a small washbasin in the toilet (ground floor). If there is little space, you can always install a toilet bowl flush in the wall under the stairs.
Sir good evening! May kwarto kasi ako 2 storey pero 3x2.5m lang yung laki. Ano pong pwedeng design gusto ko merong cr, kitchen at sala sa baba at bedroom naman sa itaas. Maraming salamat po and GOD bless you.
Maganda yung overall theme ng bahay. Personally gusto ko na nasa 2nd floor yung masters bedroom. Masyado din malaki yung yung balcony compared kay bedroom 1&2, sana binigay na lang yung floor area sa mga bedrooms. Meron din dead space sa hallway opposite ng door ni bedroom 2.
Yup agree ako. Masters bedroom should be the one nas nasa 2nd floor and kahit sila nalang ang may access sa balcony since ofcourse sila most likely ang mayari naman nang house. Kumbaga pag hari at reyna is always on top of the castle plus mas may privacy pa sila plus, hndi nila narrnig tuwing may nanunuod nang tv or if may nagkumupulan sa sala.
pede po kaya ito sa 50 sqm? pede din po mag tanong if okay lang po gayahin concept n bahay nato pero medyo iibahib kopo kasi masyado po ata mahal ibang materials hehe thank you po sana gumawa dib kayo ng 50 or 55 sqm na bahay
Love the bedrooms with good storage space. Bathrooms are all beautiful. Nice living room great idea. Only why is the master on the first floor? Balcony is on the second one. Still a great floor plan. Thank you for sharing with us. Kitchen has a lot of cupboards great.

I like everything except the living room and entryway. If somebody comes in and somebody is watching tv…what a nuisance. I wish to have an entryway that is not gonna go through the living room other than that everything is excellent.
