In last few videos, Iam very much convinced, and I made several mistakes which you pointed, I sold my portfolio and decided to save my principle and profit and planning to move to debt market. And will start again to build solid and core portfolio in equity, because now I know how to evaluate(on my own), how to form my own conviction. Because 10 month back I created the stock list like boring stock(my boring stock)(as per your teaching) and was tracking it's monthly performance, and tried to forecast these companies 2 quarters performance and somewhat I predicted near to that. Thanks to you 🙏, because more than two years I never stopped watching your videos even for single day. Eveen during your break time also(yearly you used to take 15 to 1 month break) that time also I used to watch your old videos in repeat mode. Iam addicted.😊
In last 5 years from 2018 I made too many decisions and got failed.failure means not loss but not ride the profits.So we have to make only 15 to 20 stocks in our portfolio and patience is important.From 2021 I am having only 25 stocks.only buying and holding with valuations and not selling.
Actually trimmed from 35 stocks to 15 stocks now moreover investing minimum 10 k in each company . Now stopped selling stocks waiting for minimum 100 percent profit . Selecting only good companies with best fundamentals.

This financial year itself I did 60 trades in stocks. 59 trades are with profit. I took the profit from market. But for the brokerage itself I gave more than 1500rs😂 and charges 800rs😂. And I did both investment and trade. Half of the stocks are in investment. But I realised that one big offortunity i losed because of trade. I sold the the 200 shares of tata motors dvr at the price of 250 with 20% profit. Now I'm thinking about my mistake. Stocks which I've holded on my portfolio gave me good returns. And diversified my portfolio with various sectors. max. 10% holding on one stock.
Sir Please make a video on what basis a REIT should be valued like for normal stock we see P/E and for banking we see P/B, in REIT debt is good or bad ?
Sir, one question on 1st and 2nd point... Selling winnners Holding loosers Holding a company for 3-4 years or during its undervalued phase - and holding loosers... Both looks same on high level... Can you differenciate ??? Does only the rational conviction the difference???
