Very thoughtful conversation of the small change that can be lead to a bigger change. I really liked the idea of starting with one habit and make an effort to keep up with the changed habit. It is a very relevant topic for students, home makers, professionals, elders.. Everyone to be precise.. Many congratulations to the speaker.

Incredibly powerful !!! How breaking down the most complicated tasks can make it simple & achievable. What I liked even more is the EPITAPH. Pondering upon to get a straight answer to my EPITAPH would read like. A clear answer to this question, would lay down the path for how I need to lead my life and I need to be remembered for after. Thanks, Amit.
